Use of the site
You can play the puzzles on this site for free. No account is needed.
Accounts
An account is optional. It uses your email address and keeps your progress in sync between this site and the Tapstar Jigsaw Puzzles app. Use an email address that you control. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page or in the app.
Custom puzzles
Use only pictures that you have the right to use. A custom puzzle is a link to a picture on its own website. Our server gets the picture when a player opens the puzzle, and keeps it in memory for at most 1 hour.
If a custom puzzle uses your picture without your permission, send an email with the puzzle link to support@shansu.com.
Multiplayer games
The other players in a game see your nickname. All players in a game of a custom puzzle see its picture and title.
Do not use a nickname, picture, or title that:
- is sexual or shows nudity;
- shows or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
- attacks or insults people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or other identity;
- bullies, harasses, threatens, or impersonates another person;
- shows personal information of another person, or is spam or advertising;
- uses a picture that you do not have the right to use.
Do not disrupt a game on purpose, for example by pulling completed parts apart again and again.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive players. In the Tapstar Jigsaw Puzzles app, open Players in a game to report a player or the picture, or to block a player. When you block a player, the app hides the nickname of that player on your device. You can also send a report with the game link to support@shansu.com.
We review all reports. We remove pictures that break these rules and close their games. We ban players who break these rules. A banned player cannot join multiplayer games.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. Solo progress is stored in your browser and is lost if site data is deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Significant changes will be posted on this page and in our site news.
